A young, vibrant and enthusiastic cookery school that opened its doors in January 2015.
We have grown over the last couple of years, so much so that we are moving from our current location in Warborough to our new purpose built space on the Nuneham Estate, Nuneham Courtney OX44 9PQ – just 10 minutes from the centre of Oxford and on a regular bus route – X39 and X40 which goes from Oxford to Reading every 30 minutes.
We also use a venue in Oxford – Will’s Deli on Woodstock Road for classes which we hold on a Wednesday or Thursday evening such as sushi, Japanese Vegetarian, bread and pasta making classes. New for 2020 we are starting foraging with Justine Gens our local expert on all things foraging including with cooking, learning about kombucha, making lotions and balms and healing yourself with herbs! Every Friday night we will be hosting different events including takeaway Pizza, Sicilian Street Food, Olive Oil tastings and cheese and wine events all in the brand news re-invented Will’s Deli!
Our ethos is simple – we love good food and want to share our passion for it with everyone. Our classes vary from food fermentation, Tapas, Moroccan, traditional British, French, cheese and bread making to name but a few. All our teachers are highly experienced and skilled and who share our love for imparting knowledge through informative but more importantly fun classes.
Our classes are very much hands-on, fun, informative and relaxed we provide all the ingredients, aprons and recipe packs all you have to do is enjoy. We cook for about 2 hours then everyone sits down to enjoy the fruits of their labour! Time to relax and ask as many questions as you like.
